IAI (Israel Aerospace Industries), a world-class aerospace\u00a0 and defense leader and Fire Free Forests (3F) have signed a\u00a0 strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to co develop a next-generation airborne firefighting platform to\u00a0 counter the growing global threat of wildfires, based on\u00a0 767BDSF, a specially adapted version of IAI\u2019s BEDEK\u00a0 Special Freighter. This strategic collaboration marks a\u00a0 significant step in addressing the global fight against large\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

scale wildfires, which are intensifying due to climate change,\u00a0 posing severe environmental and economic risks and\u00a0 endangering human lives. The co-develop platform brings\u00a0 together IAI\u2019s world-class aerospace engineering and aircraft\u00a0 conversion capabilities with 3F\u2019s strategic vision, commercial\u00a0 leadership, and operational planning. Under the MoU, IAI will\u00a0 lead the development of an integrated solution designed to\u00a0 extinguish massive fires from the air.
