As of today, 49,550 Mikron BNVG (powered by<br \/>Exosens 16 mm tubes) have already been contracted for<br \/>supply to the German and Belgian Armed Forces.<br \/>According to this contract addendum, the Consortium will<br \/>continue offering THEON\u2019s Mikron BNVG to deliver<br \/>several thousand additional goggles to Germany.<br \/>Christian Hadjiminas, Founder and CEO of THEON,<br \/>stated: &#8220;The recent exercise of the option, earlier than<br \/>expected, reaffirms the successful collaboration among<br \/>the partners involved in this contract and highlights the<br \/>vital role of night vision capabilities for military forces.<br \/>Furthermore, we observe a sustainably high demand<br \/>globally, as military forces more and more recognize the<br \/>importance of maintaining operational capabilities during<br \/>day and night. Thus, access to tubes becomes critical.<br \/>This fully justifies a) the acquisition of Harder Digital<br \/>earlier this year along with investment to increase<br \/>capacity, b) the long-term contracts it has started signing<br \/>with tube providers and notably Exosens.<br \/>As a result, THEON has triggered the respective options<br \/>to increase further the tube orders from Exosens for<br \/>2026 onwards, as part of our long-term frame agreement<br \/>of 2025-2027.
