EFA GROUP and MyDefence Partner to Integrate Wearable Counter-UAS Capabilities

Agreement signed at AUSA 2026 targets the integration of counter-drone sensors and effectors into SCYTALYS’ MIMS mission management systems.

EFA GROUP and MyDefence have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at AUSA 2026 to explore the integration of MyDefence’s wearable counter-unmanned aerial system (C-UAS) capabilities with SCYTALYS’ MIMS mission management systems.

The partnership brings together MyDefence’s counter-drone technology and SCYTALYS’ mission management expertise, with the aim of incorporating drone-threat information into the wider tactical picture.

Initial cooperation will focus on MIMS Ranger, which provides situational awareness and operational support for special operations forces and dismounted personnel. The proposed integration would connect MyDefence’s wearable C-UAS sensors and effectors with the system, helping personnel use threat information to support faster decisions and coordinated responses.

Under the agreement, the partners will contribute technical expertise to define integration requirements and the operational processes needed to connect these capabilities within a networked system. The MoU also establishes a framework for exploring further technical integration opportunities and the potential expansion of current and future capabilities.

The agreement was signed by Dan Hermansen, CEO of MyDefence Group, and Dr. Grigoris Koutsogiannis, CEO of EFA GROUP.
